Returns Policy

Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If they are damaged you may refuse delivery or delcare it as damaged when signing then contact us on info@themadeinitaly.co.uk to explain the situation and let us know whether you want a replacement or refund.
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods, without reason. If you cancel your order within 7 days we will return your money within 14 days of cancellation.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected).

We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item for any reason this can be done within 14 days of the date of dispatch, so long as it remains in an unmarked and saleable condition at your own cost.


Please email info@themadeintaly.co.uk for a reference number for the return prior to sending it, we will then provide details of the return address.Returned items must be in their original packing.

We will refund the price of the item and if the item is faulty the cost of the return delivery to return the goods.


This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
